Personal client service
The specialist services we provide are time intensive. Each client receives personal attention from a Director of the Company and is encouraged to communicate by letter, e-mail or telephone as often as you deem necessary.

Clients are at the heart of each day
The majority of our time and expenditure is devoted to working for our clients, not on marketing, advertising and conducting seminars to recruit new clients. This means we place our clients at the very centre of our daily activities.

Year timetable
Our working year can be planned on a revolving basis, which means that all clients have their progress review meetings diarised one year in advance. This approach gives substantial client satisfaction as they can always see themselves moving forward.

Our Services are based on a Lifetime Relationship
As we only wish to manage a small number of clients, we carefully recruit on the basis that we will work for them for their lifetime. This means that we have detailed knowledge and share an intimate bond with each client. Always at the forefront of our minds is our clients’ long term interests, helping them to fulfil their values and achieve their lifetime financial goals.

Trust and Confidentiality
Mutual trust and confidentiality are at the heart of our business relationship. The ‘chemistry’ between us is of prime importance to enable us to advise and counsel effectively which may necessitate the probing of sensitive issues on occasions.
